Cancellation Policy

Programme Policy Cancellations, Absences & Refunds Applies to: Little Money Makers (Ages 3–10) · Money Masters — Money Teens (Ages 11–16) · Uni Ready (Ages 16–18) Version 1.0 · Effective from 06.06.26 · Last reviewed 06.06.27 Our commitment to you At Early Money Habits, we are committed to delivering high-quality, life-changing programmes for children and teenagers. This policy exists to be fair to every family enrolled — and to allow us to plan and deliver each cohort reliably. We ask that all parents read and agree to this policy at the point of enrolment. 1. Cancellations by parents We understand that circumstances change. The following cancellation terms apply from the date of your enrolment confirmation: Cancellation timing Outcome More than 14 days before the programme starts Full refund minus a £25 administration fee 7–14 days before the programme starts 50% refund OR transfer to the next available cohort (no fee) Less than 7 days before the programme starts No refund. Transfer to next cohort offered at no extra charge After the programme has started No refund. See Section 3 for absence provisions To cancel your enrolment, please email us at earlymoneyhabits.com with your child’s name, the programme track and your reason for cancellation. All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cohort transfers If you need to cancel but would like your child to join a future cohort, we will hold your place for up to 6 months at no additional cost. This is our preferred option and we will always try to accommodate a transfer before processing a refund. 2. Cancellations by Early Money Habits In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or postpone a programme, we will notify all enrolled families as soon as possible and offer one of the following: • A full transfer to the next available cohort at no charge • A full refund of the amount paid, processed within 10 working days We reserve the right to cancel a cohort if minimum enrolment numbers are not reached. In this case, all families will receive a full refund and priority enrolment in the next cohort. Early Money Habits is not liable for any additional costs incurred by families as a result of a programme cancellation, including travel, accommodation or childcare arrangements. 3. Absences during the programme We understand that life happens.
