My Money Ready Action Plan

Real-world budgeting framework

      Yours to keep

Digital spending audit & wisdom

Savings vision & goal setting

Biblical stewardship foundations

Micro-business idea generator

One weekend. Three live sessions. Your tween or teen builds their first real budget, sets a savings goal with a deadline, and walks away with a Money Ready Action Plan they'll actually use.

Sound familiar?

Most tweens and teens have never had a real conversation about money

Not because parents don't care, but because nobody handed them the framework, and a weekend is a much easier yes than a 6-week commitment.

"They spend their money the moment they get it and have no idea where it actually went."

"They switch off the second I bring up budgeting but they'd listen to someone else."

"I want them to start good habits now, before bigger money and bigger decisions arrive."

"A 6-week programme feels like a big ask right now, I want something they can actually commit to."

THE OFFER

In one weekend, your tween or teen gets a real budget, a savings goal with a deadline, and a plan they helped write and will actually use.

A budget built from their own money

Not a worksheet with made-up numbers — a real budget built from a live spending snapshot of their own last 7 days.

A savings goal with a deadline

"Save more" doesn't work. "£90 for new headphones by July" does. They leave with a specific, written goal  and the maths behind it.

Their own Money Ready Action Plan

A keepsake workbook completed live across the weekend budget, savings, giving plan, growth idea and a 30-day checklist.

A graduation certificate

Named, dated and presented live with parents invited to the final 15 minutes to celebrate what their teen built.

The Weekend Schedule

Friday Evening

6.00-7.30pm

Money & me

A money identity quiz, the needs-vs-wants question that changes every purchase, and a live 7-day spending recall: phones out, reconstructing the last week together.

→They leave with a real spending snapshot, built live

Three sessions. One plan. Built live, not handed to them.

Saturday Morning

Build your money plan

Their snapshot becomes a real budget. A savings goal gets a number and a date. A compound interest moment shows what £30/month becomes by 30. A giving plan takes shape.

→They leave with a working budget and a named savings goal

10.00-11.30pm

Saturday Afternoon

Grow, graduate & go

A 60-second Dragon's Den pitch, debt and credit in plain English, the Action Plan finished and signed off, then graduation, with parents joining for the final 15 minutes.

→They leave with a completed plan, a certificate, and one commitment

2.00-3.30pm

Frequently Asked Questions

1. My teenager won't engage with something like this, will it work?

This is the most common worry, and it's almost never true once they're in the room. The sessions are live, fast-paced and peer-led, built around scenarios teens actually care about, not lectures. When it's their peers in the breakout room, not a parent at the table, something shifts.

2. What's the difference between this and the full Money Masters programme?

The Money Ready Challenge is a focused weekend that delivers one core result: a real budget, a savings goal, and a personal action plan. Money Masters is the full 6-week deep dive across all 5 pillars with a Money Manifesto. The Challenge is the perfect first step and your £77 comes straight off if you continue.

3. What if my teen misses a session?

All three sessions are recorded and sent within 24 hours. The weekend builds session to session, so we'd recommend catching up before the next one — but nobody's left behind.

4. We're not a religious family, is this still for us?

Yes. The values underneath the Challenge: earning honestly, spending wisely, saving with a goal, giving generously, growing what you have are foundational principles. A short verse appears at points throughout, offered as timeless wisdom from the Bible.

5. Is £77 worth it for one weekend?

One real budget. One savings goal they actually hit. One conversation about money that doesn't end in an eye-roll. As a founding cohort member you're getting this at almost half the future price — and if they want to go further, the full £77 comes off Money Masters too.

Give them a weekend that changes how they see money

20 places per challenge. Live on Zoom. Built around real conversations, real numbers, and a plan they'll actually use.
