Refund Policy

We want every family to feel confident booking with Early Money Habits. This policy explains when you can get a refund. It does not affect your legal rights as a consumer.

1. Live programmes

This covers the Money Ready Challenge, Junior Money Makers, Money Masters and any other live Zoom programme.

If you cancel 7 or more days before the programme starts, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel less than 7 days before the programme starts, we cannot offer a refund, but you can move your place to a later cohort once, within 6 months. Once the programme has started, we cannot refund the remaining sessions.

Your 14 day right to cancel: by law, you can cancel within 14 days of booking. If you book a programme that starts within those 14 days, you are asking us to begin during that time. If you then cancel within 14 days of booking, we will refund you, minus the value of any sessions already delivered.

Missed sessions: we cannot refund or repeat sessions your child misses, but you will receive the recording and materials for that session.

If we cancel: if we cancel a programme or cannot offer a suitable new date, you will receive a full refund.

Credits: if your Money Ready Challenge fee was credited toward Money Masters, any refund is based on the amount you actually paid.

2. Digital products and recorded courses

This covers downloads, ebooks, activity packs, templates and recorded courses, including those bought through our systeme.io store.

Because you get instant access, you will be asked at checkout to agree to immediate access and to confirm that you understand this ends your 14 day right to cancel. This means we cannot offer refunds once a product has been accessed or downloaded.

If you have not yet accessed or downloaded the product, you can cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

If a file is faulty, will not open, or is not as described, email us and we will fix or replace it. If we cannot, we will give you a full refund.

3. Physical products

This covers books, journals and other physical items.

You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason.
Please tell us by email, then return the item within 14 days of telling us. Items should be unused and in their original condition.
You pay the return postage, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.
Bundles that include a digital template follow the digital rules for the template, once it has been accessed.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 30 days and we will replace it or refund you in full, including postage.

4. How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days of us agreeing the refund, or of receiving a returned item. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
