Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 5 November 2026
1. About us
This website, earlymoneyhabits.com, is run by Early Money Habits Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17149466). Our registered office is [REGISTERED OFFICE ADDRESS]. You can contact us at Lara@earlymoneyhabits.com.
In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Early Money Habits Ltd. "You" means the parent, carer or organisation using our website or buying from us.
2. Using these terms
By using our website or buying any product or programme, you agree to these terms. Please read them, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, before you buy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
3. What we offer
We provide children's financial education, including:
-
Live online programmes delivered over Zoom, such as the Money Ready Challenge, Junior Money Makers and Money Masters
-
Digital products and recorded courses, such as activity packs, ebooks, workbooks and mini courses, some of which are sold through our systeme.io store
-
Physical products, such as books and journals
-
Workshops and licensed content for schools, churches, clubs and other organisations, which are covered by a separate written agreement
Our teaching is rooted in biblical principles. Our programmes are open to all families.
4. Who can buy
You must be 18 or over to buy from us. Our programmes are for children and teenagers, so a parent or legal guardian must make every booking and agree to these terms on the child's behalf.
5. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). We are not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is added to our prices.
Payments are taken securely through Wix Payments, Stripe, Square or systeme.io. We do not see or store your full card details.
Founding prices and special offers are available for a limited time and may change for future bookings. A price change never affects a booking you have already paid for.
Where we offer a credit, such as putting your Money Ready Challenge fee toward Money Masters if you enrol within 7 days, the credit applies only within the stated time and cannot be exchanged for cash.
6. Live programmes
-
Each live cohort is limited to 10 children, and places are confirmed only once payment is received.
-
Sessions run on Zoom at the dates and times shown when you book. You are responsible for a working device, a stable internet connection and a current version of Zoom.
-
A parent or carer must be available at home during each session. Parents are welcome to be present in the background.
-
If your child misses a session, we will share any recording or materials where available, but we cannot offer a refund or repeat session for missed sessions.
-
We may need to move a session because of illness or an emergency. If so, we will tell you as early as we can and offer a new date. If we cancel a programme, you will receive a full refund.
-
Sessions may be recorded and shared only with families in that cohort. Please see our Privacy Policy for details.
7. Behaviour and safeguarding
We want every session to be safe, kind and focused. We ask that children:
-
use their first name only on Zoom
-
treat others with respect and follow the session guidelines
-
do not record, photograph or screenshot sessions or other children
-
do not share Zoom links with anyone outside the cohort
We may remove a child from a session, or from a programme, if their behaviour puts others at risk or repeatedly disrupts learning. We will always speak to the parent first where we can. If we have a safeguarding concern about a child, we will follow our safeguarding procedures, which may include contacting the relevant authorities.
8. Digital products and recorded courses
When you buy a digital product, you will receive a download link or login access. Your purchase gives you a personal licence to use it within your own household. You may print copies for your own children.
You may not copy, share, resell, upload or distribute our materials, or use them in a classroom, club or business, without a separate licence from us. Please contact us about school and group licences.
At checkout, you will be asked to agree to immediate access. Once you have accessed or downloaded a digital product, you lose your 14 day right to cancel. See our Refund Policy for details.
9. Physical products
We will tell you the expected delivery time when you order. Delivery times are estimates. Risk in the goods passes to you once they are delivered. Your rights to return physical products are set out in our Refund Policy.
10. Intellectual property
All content on our website and in our products, including our books, characters, frameworks, worksheets, videos, course materials and the Early Money Habits name and logo, belongs to Early Money Habits Ltd or Lara Ejiwunmi. You may not use it except as these terms allow.
11. Educational content only
Our programmes and products teach general money skills and habits to children. They are educational and are not financial, investment, tax or legal advice. You remain responsible for decisions about your family's money.
We cannot promise any particular result, because each child learns at their own pace.
12. Our liability to you
We will provide our services with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Your legal rights as a consumer are not affected.
We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, for business losses, or for problems caused by your own equipment, internet connection, or third party platforms such as Zoom. Our total liability to you for any order will not be more than the price you paid for it.
13. Our website
We try to keep our website accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee it will always be error free or uninterrupted. Our website may link to other sites, which we do not control and are not responsible for.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on our website when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
15. Complaints
If something is not right, please email Lara@earlymoneyhabits.com. We aim to reply within 5 working days and will do our best to put things right.
16. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
What to include in the T&C document
Generally speaking, T&C often address these types of issues: Who is allowed to use the website; the possible payment methods; a declaration that the website owner may change his or her offering in the future; the types of warranties the website owner gives his or her customers; a reference to issues of intellectual property or copyrights, where relevant; the website owner’s right to suspend or cancel a member’s account; and much, much more.
